By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms. The site is operated by Gold (a Gold Şemsiye company).
1. General
The site is provided to give information about outdoor umbrellas and shading systems and to facilitate the quotation process. Quote requests prepared on the site and sent via WhatsApp do not constitute a binding sales contract; a contract is concluded once the parties have completed the quotation and approval process.
2. Product information and images
- Product dimensions, weights and technical values are based on catalogue data; current production, size, compatibility and stock information is confirmed at the quotation stage.
- Product images are for illustration only; fabric and product colours may differ from the actual items.
- Unless otherwise stated, umbrella bases are not included with the product and are quoted separately.
3. Prices and quotations
No list prices are published on the site. Prices are determined by quotation based on quantity, size, fabric, base and delivery location. The validity period of a quotation is stated in the quotation; once this period expires, the quotation becomes invalid.
4. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, texts, images and designs on the site belong to or are licensed to Gold and Gold Şemsiye. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Reasonable care is taken to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up to date; however, to the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for consequences arising from typographical errors, technical faults or delays in updates. The respective site owners are responsible for the content of external links.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
